The City Clerk serves as the official record keeper of all City documents including ordinances, and resolutions passed by the City council, and issues application for and processes annexations, files and maintains reports which are required by law.

Joanne Riley, City Treasurer
The City Treasurer serves as the finance officer for the City and is responsible for receipt, deposit and recording of all revenues, and is responsible for management of the city investment program.
Pat Chamberlin, City Finance Manager
The City Finance Manager assists the Treasurer, City Council and Mayor on managing the budget, allocating funds, contract negotiations and other financial management activities.
